Our services operate on a month-to-month basis. No long-term contracts are required, allowing you the flexibility to continue or discontinue our services as needed. Payment is due at the beginning of each month for that month's services.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Honesty and Transparency: As a client, you are responsible for being honest and transparent about your food intake, lifestyle, and any relevant health information. Accurate information is essential for us to provide effective guidance.

• Understanding Nutrition Fluctuations: Nutrition is not a static process; it fluctuates due to various factors such as lifestyle changes, stress, and health conditions. You acknowledge and accept that these fluctuations are normal and a part of the nutrition coaching process.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared with Valhalla Nutrition is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Disclaimer

Valhalla Nutrition provides guidance based on current nutrition science and best practices. However, we do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. The information provided is intended for educational purposes and should not replace medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

6. Termination

You may terminate our services at any time without penalty. Valhalla Nutrition also reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated or if the client relationship is deemed no longer productive.

7. Amendments

Valhalla Nutrition reserves the right to amend these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in a timely manner.

8. Acceptance

By continuing to use Valhalla Nutrition services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of service.
